We are really pleased to have received funding from Camden Giving to support a health and wellbeing programme for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) women in London. The project aims to provide a safe space and encourage participants to become more active.
With gentle exercise and supportive instructors, this programme gives a safe space for those taking part to connect with others and improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
When does it run
Starting 22nd March 2021
This free programme starts in March and will be delivered online whilst the lockdown is in place. It runs for 8-weeks and includes a small group classes and sessions.
What the programme includes:
- Group introduction
- 2 classes per week run over 8 weeks
- Small group sessions
- Final group celebrativon
- Online gym membership with Central YMCA Club
