Our Business Admin Traineeships are a great way for 16-24 year olds to develop first-hand experience of working within a range of industries from fashion to technology. You’ll also get essential work preparation training and work on your maths and English if required.
Business Administration and Management Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are simply jobs with training. You typically receive training to support your career 1 day a week. You get paid, gain a qualification as well as valuable skills and experience. Anyone between the ages of 16-65 can apply to become an apprentice.
Level 3 Team Leader Supervisor
As a Team Leader / Supervisor you’ll be trusted to manage teams and projects to meet a private, public or voluntary organisation's goals.
This is a first-line management role – and you can expect to take on operational responsibility for a team, working together to achieve a specific goal or project.
You can expect to lead, manage and motivate your team, managing their workloads to ensure that tasks are completed. You’ll be a go-to person for resolving questions or conflicts in the team – and you’ll be responsible for their wellbeing and development at work.
As a team leader, you may need to represent your team’s work to other parts of the organisation and build relationships with other teams/departments to get things done.

Level 3 Business Administrator
As a Business Administrator you’ll support and engage with different parts of the organisation, as well as interacting with internal or external customers. Remember, behind every successful organisation is a skilled administrator.
With key technical skills across: IT, record and document production, business communications, planning and organisation and decision making; you’ll find that the role of a Business Administrator is varied and right at the centre of things.
You may work independently or as part of a team to will involve developing, implement, maintain and improve administrative services.
