STOTT PILATES® Reformer classes add functional strength training and resistance to build on foundation matwork principles. All our classes are taught in our state-of-the-art studios by some of the best instructors in the UK.
Our matwork classes are a great place to learn the basic movements, breathing patterns and spinal stability of Pilates. Matwork classes improve the body's core strength, endurance and control. Exercises are selected to challenge mobility and stabilisation through the core while adding flexibility and suppleness to your body. Resistance props are often used to add variety to the exercises. A regular matwork practice will improve your posture, core strength and promote a healthy back.
Using the STOTT PILATES® Reformer adds a whole new level of strength training to Pilates. Integral to the impact of the Reformer are the springs that provide support for difficult exercises and allowing muscles to be isolated and worked more deeply. This workout takes a holistic approach to the body and utilises big muscle groups to tone and define.

These private sessions are ideal if you're new to Pilates or feel intimidated taking part in group classes. As a Licensed Training Centre, our STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructors take you through a workout that has been designed especially to meet your physical wants and needs. Each session is delivered in our private 1-2-1 studio.
