Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for customer service within the fitness industry and/or sport but don’t necessarily have the qualifications to deliver sessions to clients. You will combine a customer service apprenticeship with a fitness trainer qualification, supporting the team and clients from reception to training plans.

- Book trial sessions and deliver workout sessions for our clients.
- You will also be expected to muck in with every detail of the studio including cleaning the shower if that what it takes to have our boutique style studio looking at its very best for every client.
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
If you have a Level 2 fitness qualification that’s great, but we will train the right person. We are not looking for prima-donnas; but great team players. You will need to be genuinely interested in people, have a great communication style and lots of enthusiasm. A background in hospitality, sales or customer service will all be beneficial. We are happy to hear from people of all ages from the young person finishing college to someone with more experience of life.

About the employer
Bodystreet Eastcote
Bodystreet is organised as an international franchise system. The founding couple Emma and Matthias Lehner run a number of corporate studios themselves. All other Bodystreet studios belong to independent franchise partners. The first Bodystreet studio was opened in Munich in 2007. Two more pilot operations in Munich and one in Regensburg followed.
