New to pilates or yoga? No problem, just let us know! All our instructors are very experienced and will adapt their classes to your needs. Whether you prefer attention and feedback or want to be left alone to explore your practice; we'll give you the space to find your space!

Quieten your mind, stretch and de-stress in our brilliant Hatha Yoga class as you focus on the breath. Increase strength and stamina while also improving range of movement and flexibility. A stimulating, energising and relaxing class.
We offer a range of well-equipped and affordable rooms for hire. Accommodating a range of events and activities you can choose to hire our meeting rooms, semi sprung-floor dance rehearsal spaces and business suite. Our facilities and location are a perfect fit for business meetings, workshops, conferences, castings and rehearsals.
