The Apprentice Gardener will assist in the care, maintenance and development of turf and horticultural features within cemeteries and memorial, under guidance from the Head Gardener. Duties include turf culture, pruning, soil management, planting, pest control, machinery operation and maintenance, tree care, and the care of ornamental features

As an Apprentice Arborist, you will learn to carry out vegetation management around overhead power lines, including tree pruning, felling and clearance operations. Working alongside experienced teams, you’ll develop practical skills, gain industry qualifications and learn safe working practices.
