Closing date for evidence to the Body Image Inquiry – FRIDAY 24th FEBRUARY
The All Party Parliamentary Group on Body Image is currently conducting an inquiry into the causes and consequences of body image anxiety in the UK. The group will hear from a range of organisations and individuals in Parliament over the coming months, but we are keen to hear from as many people as possible on this subject. Below is a short film developed by Central YMCA which highlights some of the causes, and consequences of the rise in body image anxiety. It also looks at the scale of the "quick fix" industry which has developed to exploit our unhappiness with our bodies.
