Central YMCA Qualifications is a regulated specialist Awarding Organisation, developing, delivering and awarding a suite of internationally recognised qualifications that are firmly established as a benchmark in the sports and leisure industry.
We are looking for someone with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work proactively within a regulated environment, with expertise in the area of vocational qualifications and public funding. You will be our technical point of contact, upholding our reputation as the industry specialist for developing and administering units and qualifications, and ensuring accurate and timely submissions to the relevant regulatory authorities and other external agencies.
With excellent interpersonal skills you will play a key role in communicating and maintaining our customer service vision towards internal and external stakeholders, supported by your strong IT skills and knowledge of relevant systems (RITS or similar) and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
