Central YMCA Club is one of the UK’s leading health and fitness facilities, located in the heart of London’s West End and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated passionate and high-performing Health & Fitness Club Administrator to join our Front of House Operations Team.
As Club Administrator you will play a crucial role in maintaining our Club finances, administering our memberships and ensuring we are getting value for money from our suppliers and contractors, while providing excellent customer care at all times. You will pride yourself on your administrative and organisational ability, and your excellent communication skills will be key in developing fantastic relationships with internal and external Club partners.
You must be highly numerate and have a good grasp of financial transactions; ideally, you will also have experience of dealing with Direct Debit collections and default recovery processes.
